sibling, postpartum & beyond support
“practical and emotional support bespoke to each family, ideal for expats and families without their village”
i’m here to be on call to care for your older child while you’re in labour, to support you and your family after your baby arrives. my goal is to provide a steady support system that allows you to rest, recover, and truly enjoy those precious early days of motherhood.
i also work with mothers and families who are feeling overwhelmed later in their parenting journey—navigating the return to work, managing a busy household, raising a small child, and trying to find time for themselves. the mental load can be heavy, and you don’t have to carry it alone.
as an expat myself, i understand how challenging the postpartum period and early years can be without the familiar support networks you’d have back home.
